Content Policy

All companions on Liliths.art are fictional characters created and rendered by artificial intelligence. They are not real people, are not based on, modelled on, or intended to depict any real individual, and are always portrayed as adults aged 18 or older.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use Liliths.art. Age is confirmed at registration and at checkout.

The following are strictly prohibited anywhere on the platform — in chat, in generated or uploaded images, in character names, descriptions, or tags, and in any request you make of a companion. This applies regardless of framing, roleplay, or fictional context:

• Minors. Any content that depicts, describes, implies, or sexualizes a minor, or any person or character presented as, or made to appear, under 18 — including “age-play” and youth-coded framing.
• Family / incest. Any sexual content between family members, including blood relatives, step-family, and in-laws.
• Non-consent. Rape, coercion, sexual assault, or any non-consensual sexual activity, and content that eroticizes a lack of consent.
• Bestiality. Sexual content involving animals.
• Necrophilia. Sexual content involving the deceased.
• Extreme violence. Gore, mutilation, torture, or the depiction of death, murder, or serious injury (real or simulated), including violence presented as arousing.
• Bodily waste. Scat, and related bodily-waste content.
• Illegal drugs. Promotion or depiction of illegal-drug use.
• Real people. Impersonation or sexual depiction of real, identifiable individuals, including public figures and celebrities.

This list is not exhaustive. We also prohibit anything unlawful in the jurisdictions we serve, and anything that violates the rules of our payment providers or the card networks.

We apply layered controls to keep prohibited content off the platform:

• A mandatory age gate before any adult content is accessible.
• Automated screening of chat messages, image prompts, and character details for prohibited terms and topics, applied before content is generated or published.
• Automated review of generated and uploaded images, which we continue to strengthen.
• Removal of violating content and action against the accounts responsible.

Content that violates this policy is removed. Accounts that attempt to create, request, or upload prohibited content may be suspended or permanently terminated without refund.

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant authorities, and evidence is preserved as required by law. There is zero tolerance for any content involving minors.
